Camp Crystal Lake, the location where Jason Voorhees drowned as a child and became an unstoppable killer, is really a camp owned by the Boy Scouts of America, located in Hardwick, New Jersey. The camp’s real name is Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco, which opened in 1927. On Friday, November the 13th (how fitting) the camp will be opened, for only the third time, for fans of ‘Friday the 13th’ to tour.
