We all thought Jigsaw was done, we were wrong. That’s right, there’s a new film in the works for the ‘Saw’ franchise. ‘Saw VIII’ is scheduled to premier some time in 2017.
James Wan and Leigh Whannell have teamed up to pen the script and will both serve as executive producers. There has not been word yet who will be directing. Tobin Bell, who played the role of Jigsaw through out the franchise, will be returning for ‘Saw VIII’. There is no word yet about the plot or who the other cast members might be, but we will follow the film’s development and keep you updated.
