Tony Wash brings a frightening urban legend to life in his new film, titled The Rake.  Red Band Films has just wrapped production of this horror-thriller film, which stars Shenae Grimes (Scream 4), Rachel Melvin (Dumb and Dumber To), Izabella Miko (Clash of the Titans) and Joey Bicicchi (Rudderless).

The Rake follows three siblings as they return home to reconcile the murder of their parents twenty years earlier and discover a startling connection to a local urban legend.

The Urban Legend surrounding “The Rake” began in the summer of 2003. Supposedly, a human-like creature’s image was caught on trail camera and sparked interest in the local media. Little to no information remains after a blackout was enacted. Now the only information left is the online accounts of the mysterious creature, mainly recounted on the Creepypasta site.
