We first learned that the short film Lights Out would be adapted as a full length feature, written and directed by David F. Sandberg and produced by James Wan (The Conjuring, The Conjuring 2) back in June. Today at WonderCon, during the Lights Out panel, the first trailer for the full length film was unveiled.lights out 1Lights Out stars Warm Bodies actress Teresa Palmer, Emily Alyn Lind (The Haunting in Connecticut 2), Alicia Vela-Bailey (Interstellar), Amiah Miller (Trafficked), Gabriel Bateman (Annabelle), Andi Osho (Night and Day), and Alexander DiPersia (I Am Legend).When Rebecca left home, she thought she left her childhood fears behind her. Growing up, she never was really sure what was real and what wasn’t when the lights went out. Now, her little brother, Martin, is experiencing the same terrifying events. The entity that Rebecca faced,that was also once attached to their mother has now set its sights on Martin.lights out n3There is a bit of a difference between the plot of the short film and the feature film, but with Wan producing I have no doubt it will be great. Enjoy the full short film below, but you might want to watch it with the lights on.
