There are a lot of foreign horror films coming out this year. One you need to see is writer director Svyatoslav Podgayevskiy’s Russian supernatural genre film ‘The Bride’ (aka Hebecta) , starring Vyacheslav Chepurchenko, Aleksandra Rebenok, Igor Khripunov, Valeriya Dmitrieva, Vladmir Sleznyov, Vera Biryukova, and Miroslava Seleznyov.

In the film a young woman travels with her soon to be husband to his family home. Upon their arrival Nastya can’t help but think that the visit may have been a horrible mistake. She is surrounded by strange people and witnessing terrible visions as his family prepares her for a mysterious traditional Slavic wedding ceremony. If she can survive.

‘The Bride’ is set to open in Russian theaters on January 19th, 2017, followed by its worldwide release at a later date. The trailer for the film looks creepy as hell, take a look.
