In the vein of such sic-fi epics as “Pacific Rim” and “Independence Day”, comes Michael Miller’s “BATTALION”. Filmed in Queensland, Austrailia, Battalion follows a devastating attack on Los Angeles by an army of machines from another dimension. Californian surfer John Blake joins up with the US Marines to head across the Pacific to join the fight against the machines.
