‘Boar’ Trailer Finally Released…And It Is Gory

The movie poster from the sure-to-be-gory film ‘Boar’ was just release, but now we have a trailer to go with it!  The film will debut at the Brussels International Film Festival on April 13.
 
One think I am most excited for (and it is very wonderfully obvious in the trailer) is the use of actual effects instead of CGI.  That fact alone is enough for me to check out the film!
 
In the harsh, yet beautiful Australian Outback lives a beast, an animal of staggering size, with a ruthless, driving need for blood and destruction. It cares for none, defends its territory with brutal force, and kills with a raw, animalistic savagery unlike any have seen before. Believed nothing more than a myth, a legend brought to life by a drunken local, the beast ventures closer to civilization, closer to life, and ultimately, closer to death.
It’s brutal, it’s bloodthirsty… it’s Boar.

‘Boar’ stars Wolf Creek’s John Jarratt alongside Otis Driftwood actor Bill Moseley and wrestler Nathan Jones. The supporting cast also includes Simone Buchanan, Steve Bisley, Christie-Lee Britten, Chris Haywood, and Roger Ward.
