All good things must come to an end, including Syfy’s hit Sharknado franchise, which began back in 2013.
In February, we told you that the Sharknado 6 would be blowing in this July. News has come today that the sixth film will be the last for the franchise.
So, you may be wondering what insanity is being planned for the final film. This time, they will be swimming in new territory, time-travel. Ian Ziering’s character, “Fin unlocks the time-traveling power of the sharknados in order to save the world and resurrect his family. In his quest, Fin fights Nazis, dinosaurs, knights, and even takes a ride on Noah’s Ark. This time, it’s not how to stop the sharknados, it’s when.”

Tara Reid, Cassie Scerbo, and Vivica A. Fox will also be returning. And as always, you can expect a horde of celebrity cameos. Anthony C. Ferrante, who directed the first five films, will return to the director’s chair for Sharknado 6.
