Has Spawn Cast An Avenger As Twitch?

Jamie Foxx is set to star in writer-director Todd McFarlane‘s Spawn. Now, other casting news is slowly starting to trickle in.
According to That Hashtag Show, Jeremy Renner has now been offered the role of Twitch Williams, the films’ other lead character. Twitch is described as “an honest detective who will team up with Spawn as he seeks vengeance for the murder of his young daughter.”

This hasn’t been confirmed by Renner or McFarlane, but we’ll let you know when it is confirmed or if it’s denied.
Renner, who plays Hawkeye in the Captain America and Avengers franchises, most recently starred in the comedy Tag which is now playing in theaters.
