New Featurette For ‘The Nun’ Delves Into The Franchise’s Connections

In a couple of weeks, The Nun will haunt theaters nationwide. The new featurette possesses all kind of goodies including interviews and new footage that gives us a glimpse into the atmosphere of the Corin Hardy‘s prequel spin-off to The Conjuring 2 as well as the connections to The Conjuring universe itself
 


 
In the film, a priest with a haunted past and woman on the threshold of taking her final vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate the death of a young nun in Romania. The two are forced to face a dark entity in the form of a nun.
 

 
The Nun stars Oscar-nominated Demian Bichir (“A Better Life”) as Father Burke, Taissa Farmiga (TV’s “American Horror Story”) as Sister Irene, Charlotte Hope (TV’s “Game of Thrones”) as the abbey’s Sister Victoria and Ingrid Bisu (“Toni Erdmann”) as Sister Oana, Jonas Bloquet (Elle) as local villager Frenchie. Bonnie Aarons reprises her Conjuring 2 role as the terrifying nun.
The Nun opens in theaters nationwide on  September 7, 2018.
