‘Tremors’ SFX Master Nick Benson Joins ‘House In The Pines’

FX master, Nick Benson who has worked on titles such as Tremors, The Blob, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, and Bride of Re-Animator has now signed to crate the special effects for the upcoming highly-anticipated horror film The House in the Pines.

 

 

Nick joins an already incredible team that includes director Mick Strawn (Candyman, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3: Leatherface, Boogie Nights), co-director, Jeremy Brown (Friday the 13th Vengeance), and music producer Joe “The Butcher” Nicolo (The Rolling Stones, Foreigner, Cyndi Lauper).  The House in the Pines comes from the creative mind of Mario Cerrito (The Listing, Human Hibachi).

 

4th Dimension Pictures will be making The House in the Pines under the guidance of producers, Michael Joy, John DiRenzo, and Mario Cerrito.

The plot for the horror film is still being kept secret but will hopefully be revealed soon.
