If you are an ‘X-Files’ fan then odds are you remember the most disturbing episode that ever aired, “Home” which saw Mulder and Scully go up against the Peacocks, a family of inbred psychos that had not left on their secluded farm for more than a decade.
EW is reporting that “Home” actress Karin Konoval, who played the Peacocks’ mother, has joined season 11 of ‘The X-Files’ that will premiere next year with 10 new episodes.

While Karen Konoval won’t be reprising her role as the mother-under-the-bed in the fan-favorite episode ‘Home,’ she will be returning in a tour-de-force performance in an early episode,” Chris Carter told EW. “Or, more accurately — performances.”

David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson, and Mitch Pileggi will reprise their roles and will be joined by William B. Davis, Annabeth Gish, and Barbara Hershey.
Here’s a clip from “Home” (season 4, episode 2) to refresh your memory.
