In ‘Pernicious’ three American friends travel to Thailand for vacation. The young women are out to have a little fun, but the house they have rented holds a dark secret. The women unknowingly let lose the spirit of a murdered child, who is out for revenge and has the power to manipulate those around her to do brutal, horrible things.
The award winning film, ‘Pernicious’ was written and directed by ‘Virus of the Dead’ director James Cullen Bressack. This brutal horror movie stars , Ciara Hanna (Project X), Emily O’Brian (Seance), Jackie Moore (Homeland), as the three friends. Byron Gibson (Soldiers), Jarad Cohn (Born Bad), and Sara Malakul Lane (Sharktopus) also have roles in ‘Pernicious’.
I will admit, I am looking forward to seeing ‘Prenicious’. I’ve been hearing a lot of really good things about this movie. I will give you a warning, if you can not handle blood and gore, you might want to skip this movie, but if you can handle it, this movie will be right up your alley.
June 19th has been set as the theatrical release and VOD release date for ‘Pernicious’.
