Listen Carefully, the latest thriller from filmmaker Ryan Barton-Grimley will be available on VOD this December after making its world premiere at the Fantaspoa International Fantastic Film Festival and Dances With Films.

Following the success of his previous film, 2020’s Hawk and Rev: Vampire Slayers, Barton-Grimley returns with a new, suspenseful tale. Barton-Grimley stars as Andy McNeary, a troubled bank manager whose life takes a terrifying turn when his baby daughter vanishes. A mysterious voice on a baby monitor provides cryptic instructions, forcing Andy to make desperate, difficult choices to save his child.

Joining Barton-Grimley is Simone Barton-Grimley and Ari Schneider in the film from Haida Street Films and RBG Films

While you wait for Listen Carefully to be released, Grimley’s previous film, Hawk and Rev: Vampire Slayers, is now streaming on Apple TV and Prime Video.

The film centers on Philip “HAWK” Hawkins, who dreams about killing vampires. After getting kicked out of the Army, Hawk becomes a night security guard in his hometown of Santa Muerte, California. When it looks like all Hawk’s options in life have expired, filthy, blood-sucking vampires appear, and of course – Nobody believes him. With his back up against the wall and hordes of vampires closing in, Hawk enlists the help of the one person who believes him – Revson “REV” McCabe, a dimwitted, vegan-pacifist groundskeeper. Together they join forces to save the entire freakin’ world. Well, at least their hometown, anyway.
