Get ready for a chilling return! Singer and actress Brandy Norwood (pictured), who starred in the I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise, is returning to horror with The Front Room, an upcoming psychological thriller from A24.
The film marks the directing debut of the Eggers brothers, Max and Sam, the siblings of acclaimed filmmaker Robert Eggers, behind The Witch and Nosferatu.
The film is based on a short story by Susan Hill. It follows a young couple whose lives take a disturbing turn when they’re forced to take in the husband’s ailing, estranged stepmother. Expect a suspenseful exploration of family secrets and the darkness lurking within.
