Today, iam8bit, and developer Mega Cat Studios, announced that Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit, the chilling indie action-adventure horror game, will receive a new physical release on multiple platforms worldwide and pre-orders start today. Fans from around the world may choose the retail edition, available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S with Smart Delivery for $29.99, or hunt for the iam8bit Exclusive Edition, available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S with Smart Delivery for $34.99. The standard physical edition features the main game on a cartridge or disc alongside a digital soundtrack code.
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit follows Oswald, a lonely boy who discovers an old ball bit at his local pizza parlor which transports him back to the 80s when the pizza joint was the infamous Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Players must survive five nights of terror by traveling between periods to solve puzzles, gather clues, and outrun the threats relentlessly in pursuit. By moving swiftly and staying hidden, players just might survive but have to be careful, it’s not just their life that’s on the line this time.
