A Heartbreaking Story Turns into Horror
Starring Colby Minifie ( “The Boys”) and Kate Burton (“Grey’s Anatomy”), The Surrender explores the complicated dynamic between mother and daughter. Their already-strained relationship is pushed to its breaking point when the family patriarch dies. But in her grief, the mother makes a desperate decision to hire a stranger to bring her husband back from the dead.
As you can probably imagine, this bizarre and brutal resurrection doesn’t exactly go according to plan. It spirals wildly out of control. The women are forced to confront the terrifying consequences of their actions and the differences that have long plagued their relationship. They’ll have to put aside their issues and fight tooth and nail for their lives.
