Look at that bad boy! “Call of Duty: Black ops 3” will be releasing this November and the one thing has got most people exciting (especially me!) is the latest in Treyarch’s long line of Zombie modes, starting back in 2008’s “Call of Duty: World At War” “Zombies” as the game mode has been dubbed started out as just putting 4 players in an enclosed area and had the surviving for as long as they could against an endless onslaught of zombies, thanks to it’s fun gameplay and creativity to the mode, “Zombies” became a main-stay and with every installment to the “Call of Duty” franchise developer studio “Treyarch” would come with “Zombie” mode. “Zombies” became so popular in the “Call of Duty” franchise that players demanded that they put it into last year’s “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” and Treyarch didn’t even develop it! Seeing its popularity Activision, the publisher of the “Call of Duty” franchise decided to capitalize on the zombie-love and announce this awesome collector’s edition of “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” titled the “Juggernog” edition.
For you who don’t know what “Juggernog” is, it’s basically a perk in the “Zombie” game mode that you purchase to help your character survive longer and take more hits before going down and as a veteran zombie player this perk is by far the best! In this collector’s edition you get a fully functional mini-fridge designed to look like the “Juggernog” vending machine from the actual game that lights up and makes sound effects straight from the game. It can also hold up to Twelve 12oz cans. Along with this you get coasters that have designs of the other in-game perks on them, the seasons pass to the “Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3” which guarantees you access to 4 DLC packs to be announced later, The Official soundtrack to “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3”, A special limited edition steelbook case for the game, concept cards that come with little biographies of the characters you can play as in multiplayer named “Specialist” and bonus in-game content including 2 unique bonus packs for customization and a bonus zombie map titled “The Giant” that is said to pick up where the last installment of “Zombies” left off. No official price has been released but retailers such as Amazon have priced the collection at $200. “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” will be released on November 6th 2015 for PC, current and last gen consoles.
I personally am I huge “Zombies” fan and so when I saw this I did a back flip. Sure it is costly but honestly this edition is a huge fan service plus how can you say no to a mini-fridge? Now excuse me while I put on my best puppy dog eyes face and beg Capt Mcneely if she could send a “Juggernog” edition my way, for review purposes of course!
