The online multiplayer experience is now stalking campers on Nintendo Switch! Friday the 13th: The Game Ultimate Slasher Edition is out in stores now and will bring the horror of the iconic killing machine Jason Voorhees with you wherever you go, may it be on a public bus, your friend’s house, or maybe even camp!
The game is a 1V7 multiplayer where players must work together to survive while one takes on the role of Jason and must, as mother says, kill them all! An offline mode is available where players can take on AI bots. The Ultimate Slasher Edition is full of mind-blowing content and includes a limited edition poster of the Nintendo Switch version of the game!
With the exception of Kickstarter/Backer exclusive “Savini Jason” character or backer-exclusive clothing packs, all payable DLC content is included in the Ultimate Slasher Edition like:
Jason part 2 Pickax kill pack, Jason part 4 pig splitter kill pack, Jason part 7 machete kill pack; these three packs include a different version of Jason and a unique weapon that allows him to kill the councilors in different gruesome ways!
Jason is not the only one who gets some love in this edition; the councilors have the “Spring break ’84 Pack” where they sport swimming attire celebrating spring break, the “Halloween costume pack” has the councilors wearing their favorite costume that gets them in the festive spirit, and finally the “Emote party pack 1” where players can express themselves with 10 emotes.
Friday the 13th: The Game Ultimate Slasher Edition is out now for the Nintendo Switch and available to buy at GameStop, Amazon, Best Buy, and Target.
