Today CBE Software has announced an update about their upcoming story-driven psychological horror game Someday You’ll Return, its release date for PC! Console players don’t have to worry; the game will be coming later in 2020.
Along with the release date comes a new trailer showing more of what players will be expecting as they play as Daniel, a father looking for his missing daughter Stela who ran away from home. Daniel’s search soon brings him to the Moravian forests, a place from his past where he swore he would never return to.
In Someday You’ll Return, players will experience all sorts of game mechanics such as crafting, herbalism, stealth, tracking, climbing, interacting with an in-game Smartphone, and a karmic system that will affect the game’s ending. The game’s setting is unique as it takes place in the Czech Republic and features references to 9th-century tales and locations.
Someday You’ll Return will be coming to PC April 14th, 2020 and will be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at a later date this year. You can add the game to your STEAM wishlist HERE.
