Capcom has announced good news for fans of Resident Evil who also have Next Generation consoles!
Later this year, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil Three, and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard will be getting a 4k makeover. The games will also have ray tracing, higher frame rate, and 3D audio. PS5 users will experience all three games with DualSense support for Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers.
Players who previously purchased Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, or Resident Evil 7 biohazard on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One are eligible for an upgrade at no additional cost through the PS4 to digital PS5 upgrade option or Xbox Smart Delivery. Don’t worry PC users, you’ll be getting an upgrade patch that will also be available at no additional cost!
