Mothmen 1966, the first visual novel in a series inspired by mid-20th century pulp fiction and ‘80s home computer graphics published by Chorus Worldwide and developed by LCB Game Studio will be taking players to the legendary West Virginian location of Point Pleasant as a pair of lovers, a gas station owner, and a paranormal investigator who are all caught up in a series of strange events on this evening of 1966.
In Mothmen 1966 players will have to guide our four heroes to safety across eleven chapters of a “choose your own adventure” style game done in an 8-bit aesthetic reminiscent of ‘80s home computers and scored with an otherworldly lo-fi soundtrack. Repel attacking coyotes, spot cryptids with binoculars, or even try a hand at Impossible Solitaire to help keep your characters alive to unravel the otherworldly conspiracy involving The Mothman.
Mothmen 1966 will be coming out July 14th for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
