M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan is known to many fans worldwide as a founding member of Slipknot, where he entertains fans with his percussion skills and makes swinging a baseball bat against a beer keg look both badass and musical. Along with his credit in the music industry as a record producer, he’s also a film director, and now, to add to his growing list of accomplishments, a game developer.
Fans of both Slipknot and Minecraft will be excited to hear about Clown’s Minecraft realm, Vernearth, a multiplayer realm inspired by Slipknot where fans can not only play alongside other fans, but Clown himself!

Vernearth will allow fans of all ages to experience the extension of Clown’s creativity outside his work with Slipknot and give fans a surrealist experience that they would never experience in Minecraft.
Time and reality don’t play by the rules in this ever-changing world made up of 100 million blocks that are home to the Mind Stewards, beings that dwell within Vernearth. Opportunities to build, fight, craft, or explore are endless, along with allowing the world of Vernearth to pull you in and never let go.
Vernearth will be coming to Minecraft Java 1.21.4 with a targeted launch towards the end of October.
