GUNNAR is not letting up with sharing their new glasses! This time, they were awesome enough to let me experience true elegance where function and style meet, the latest in the Mythic Performance Level Purity Collection, the Tioga, glasses with lenses as clear as the lake these were named after.
In case you’re not familiar with what Gunnar does, Gunnar Optiks manufactures glasses that protect your eyes from the blue light emitted by the screens of monitors, phones, computers, and TVs. Their glasses are used by gaming industry professionals, animation studios (such as DreamWorks), eSports athletes, and even the military —pretty much anyone who has to stare at screens for hours.
Now, onto the Tioga glasses! The glasses I was sent were the Maroon Rosewood; both styles have carbon fiber-strengthened wood that’s been naturally sourced and high-quality Italian acetate frames with spring hinges. The star of these glasses is the mineral glass lenses. The mineral glass used for these lenses is the same kind that’s used for cameras and telescopes, but given GUNNAR’s patented lens technology!
