Boondock Saints actor Sean Patrick Flanery will battle werewolf bikers in the upcoming film Howlers. Flanery will star along side Matthew Tompkins (Sicario), Chelsea Edmundson (Gangster Squad) and Chad Michael Collins (Sniper: Legacy), who will play Colt, a badass werewolf hunter from the old west. Colt, returns from the grave to battle a blood-thirsty biker gang of werewolves who are terrorizing a small town in modern times.
Director Josh Ridgway describes Howlers as “Blade meets Wyatt Earp in a small town, combining elements of action, horror and camp inthe tradition of John Carpenter.” Howlers will begin filming next month, according to Arrow in the Head.
