Five tales of terror, all taking place on a foggy Halloween night in Georgia, connect together to create this indie horror anthology titled ‘Creature Feature’. In the first segment a babysitter learns of the consequences of being irresponsible. In the next tale a group of collage kids stumbles on the “mother of all scarecrows”. Next, two teens steal from the wrong man, one rumored to howl at the moon. In the next segment we witness a man return from the grave to seek revenge against his wife and their evil children. Lastly, we meet Gentleman Jack of London.
Writer/director Chase Smith, who also wrote and directed ‘Realm of Souls’, brings us this spooky anthology, which stars Libby Blanton (22 Jump Street), Tenille Houston (The Canyons),Chance Kelley (The Originals), Jason Vail (Tammy), John Emil D’Angelo ‘Love Thang’ and many more. The movie goes back to the time of comic-book inspired movies and pays homage to movies such as ‘Trick ‘r Treat’.
‘Creature Feature’ is now in post-production and will be released by Spirit World Films on October 31, 2015.
