Master of horror John Carpenter serves as narrator for the UK band Gunship’s ‘Tech Noir’ video. The video was directed by Lee Hardcastle, who’s short ‘T is for Toilet’ appeared in the anthology film ‘The ABCs of Death’. JoBlo brought the video to my attention.

The claymation video is filled with horror icons such a Pinhead (Hellraiser), Letherface (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and Jason Vorhees (Friday the 13th) and obviously Carpenter’s own Micheal Myers (Halloween). The characters in the video can shift between horror characters by switching the VHS tapes in their chests. Besides the cool content, the music is really good. In fact, it’s the coolest music video I have seen in a long time.
