The premiere date for A&E’s new series Damien is drawing near. The series, follows Damien Thorn, the child from the 1976 horror classic The Omen, as an adult. Damien is about to learn who he really is, the anti-Christ.
Bradley James, who played the role of Liv’s love interest in iZombie, will star as Damien. Omid Abtahi (Argo) co-stars along with Megalyn Echikunwoke (The Following), David Meunier (Aquarius) and Barbara Hershey, who played the role of Lorraine Lambert in Insidious: Chapter 2. Scott Wilson, who you may recognize as Hershel from the hit series The Walking Dead, also appears in Damien.
Glen Mazzara (The Walking Dead) serves as both writer and executive producer for the series. Ross Fineman, who developed the series with Mazzara, also serves as executive producer through his company Fineman Entertainment.
Damien will premiere on A&E on March 7th. In the last trailer we witness the beginning of the “End of Days”.
