Three new, frightening TV spots have been unveiled from STX’s ‘The Bye Bye Man’, arriving in theaters this January.
The film, set in 1990s Wisconsin, centers on three college students who have just moved into an old house off campus. The trio unwittingly unleash a supernatural entity known as The Bye Bye Man, who comes to prey upon them once they discover his name. The friends must fight to save each other, all while keeping The Bye Bye Man’s existence a secret to save others from the same deadly fate.
Douglas Smith, Lucien Laviscount, Cressida Bonus, Michael Trucco, Faye Dunaway, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Jenna Kanell co-star, with the incredibly talented Doug Jones playing the “The Bye Bye Man”.
Stacy Title was in the director’s chair for the film, written by Jonathan Penner, and based on the short story ‘The Bridge to Body Island’ by Robert Damon Schneck.
