The cast of ‘The Predator’ keeps growing and is only getting better. A few days ago we reported that Sterling K. Brown had joined the cast alongside Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, Trevante Rhodes, and Boyd Holbrook.
THR is reporting that Thomas Jane is in final negotiations to join the fight. Jane is far from a new-comer to the genre. Recently, Jane faced a possessed boy in ‘Incarnate‘. He’s been up against nightmares come to life in ‘Before I Wake‘, giant monsters in ‘The Mist’, survived genetically altered sharks in ‘Deep Blue Sea’, and kicked ass as ‘Punisher’.
Shane Black is in the director’s chair for ‘The Predator’ which is being described as both a sequel to the original and a reboot. Black co-wrote the film along with ‘Monster Squad’ writer Fred Dekker.
‘The Predator’ is set to being filming soon and scheduled to open in theaters on February 9, 2018.
