
Eduardo Sánchez, who directed The Blair Witch Project, is headed to Cannes with his new psychological thriller Griffin’s Ghost.
Written by Jamie Nash and Jack Zeman, the film centers on Griffin Kidder, a career New Yorker with a strong yearning to be a mother. Ready to start a new peaceful life outside the city, Griffin and her construction-savvy husband purchase a dilapidated house to renovate, only to discover that a scarred family of apparitions call it home.
After relentless torment by the youngest of the spirits, Griffin finally confronts the ghosts. Soon, she realizes that the true threat isn’t inside the home. To expose the deception behind the deaths, the couple create an unlikely alliance with the ghosts.
Suzan Binder is serving as executive producer along with Adam Scherr. Eduardo Sánchez will be producing. Griffin’s Ghost is set for release on December 1, 2017, according to IMDb.
