Gary Love’s dark psychological thriller The Dark Mile will be making its debut at the Edinburgh International Film Festival alter this month.
Starring Deidre Mullins, Rebecca Calder, Finlay MacMillan, Shelia Hancock, and Paul Brannigan, The Dark Mile centers on a couple, Clare and Louise (Mullins and Calder), recovering from a tragedy. After booking a sailing trip through the Scottish Highlands, the women descend into a hellish ordeal after a run in with locals.
The trailer hints at an occult theme, ghosts and haunting visions that may blur the lines of reality as the women struggle to cope with their loss and the harassment they are facing.
