The first bloody trailer for Truth or Dare is here and it makes it clear that players will suffer in what starts out as a harmless game. If a player dares to refuse to play, a brutal death awaits them.

The supernatural thriller, from director Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2, Cry Wolf), stars Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars), Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf), Violett Beane (The Flash), Nolan Gerard Funk (Arrow), Hayden Szeto (The Good Place), and Sophia Taylor Ali (Bad Kids of Crestview Academy). Blumhouse’s Jason Blum will be producing alongside Jeff Wadlow.

Truth or Dare will open in theaters on April 27, 2018, via Universal Studios.
