In the film, excitement and joy descend upon a small mid-Florida town called Peaceful Creek, as they kick-off Spring Break. NDMD 11 news station is broadcasting on the upcoming events when comes in that a local farmer, Jack Straw, has unearthed a prehistoric skull. Dr. David Williams is called and upon his arrival, all hell breaks loose.
