From writer-director Matthew Williams comes Maniac Farmer, a throwback to the slasher flick yesteryear, like Madman, The Mutilator and Slaughterhouse. We now have the official one-sheet designed by Rocky Gray (Volumes of Blood: Horror Stories, 10/31), as well as the bloody new trailer.
“It’s a surreal thing seeing something you wrote become a reality on screen, and I couldn’t be more proud, especially of my fantastic cast who made it all possible. We’re all very excited to unveil it to the public.” Williams told us.
Starring Jake Roark, Tyler Caldwell, Jeremy Snead, Alexander Davis, Hannah Davis, and Tyler Ward, the film centers on a group of street punks led by the murderous Blasphemous Rex who meet their match when they choose to terrorize a seemingly helpless farmer who ends up turning the tides on the group. The hunters become the hunted.
Maniac Farmer is executive produced by P.J. Starks, the man behind the Volumes of Blood franchise, 10/31, Butcher the Bakers, and Close Calls, as well as many others.
