Genre filmmaker Jon Knautz (Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer) has now announced that the world premiere of his new film The Cleaning Lady is set to be held at FrightFest later this month.
Based on the short film by the same name, the movie starring Alexis Kendra (Goddess of Love) and Rachel Alig (Officer Down), follows “two women, both reeling from their own traumas, attempting to find solace in each other. As their bond deepens, the connection quickly turns obsessive with disastrous consequences.”
Knautz directed from a script he co-wrote with Alexis Kendra. The two produced alongside James F. Nelson.
The Cleaning Lady will make its world premiere during FrightFest at Cineworld Leicester Square on August 24, 2018.
