Streaming giant Netflix is turning out horror films and series left and right, and for that we are thankful. Their film Apostle is next up to spook viewers and the brand new trailer doesn’t disappoint.
Directed by Gareth Evans (The Raid) and starring Beauty and the Beast actor Dan Stevens, the film is set in 1905, a drifter is on a mission to rescue his kidnapped sister and is forced to go up against a sinister religious cult on an isolated island.
Kristine Forseth and Michael Sheen also star with Lucy Boynton, Bill Milner, Mark Lewis Jones, Elen Rhys, and Annes Elwy co-starring.
Apostle premieres on Netflix October 12, 2018.
