Today we have a new official still at Zac Efron as infamous serial killer Ted Bundy in Extremely Wicked, Shocking Evil and Vile. The image was released as part of the announcement that the film will make its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival this January.
Directed by Joe Berlinger and written by Michael Werwie, Extremely Wicked chronicles the crimes of Ted Bundy through the eyes of his girlfriend Elizabeth, played by Lily Collins. In real life, “Liz” refused to believe that her boyfriend sexually assaulted and murdered women during the 1970s. Bundy, who was described as charismatic and handsome, confessed to killing thirty women.
John Malkovich, Haley Joel Osment, Kaya Scodelario, Jeffrey Donovan, Jim Parsons, Angela Sarafyan, Terry Kinney, Metallica’s frontman James Hetfield, and Dylan Baker also star.
