Last night during the Super Bowl we were introduced to four of the nightmare-inducing monsters in Scary Stories To Tell in the Dark from director André Øvredal. We’ve got all four videos here to share with you, but here’s a piece of advice, don’t watch them in dark, alone.
While it is based on the hit children’s books series by Alvin Schwartz, and the film is about kids, it will leave adults sleeping with the lights on.
The film centers on a group of teens who must solve the mystery surrounding the sudden and macabre deaths in their small town.
Written by Guillermo del Toro, Dan Hageman, and Kevin Hageman, the film stars Zoe Colletti, Michael Garza, Gabriel Rush, Austin Abrams, Dean Norris, Gil Bellows, Lorraine Toussaint, Austin Zajur, and Natalie Ganzhorn.
