Today via Twitter the official Ghostbusters account released a video announcing that Ant-Man actor Paul Rudd has “accepted the call” and joined Jason Reitman’s movie!”

According to Variety sources are saying that Rudd will play a teacher in the movie that is a direct sequel to Ghostbusters (1984).

Rudd joins Mckenna Grace (Captain Marvel), Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things), Carrie Coon (Gone Girl), and the cast of the original, Sigourney Weaver, Bill Murray, and Dan Aykroyd.

Co-written by Reitman and Gil Kenan, Ghostbusters opens in theaters on July 10, 2020.
