Writer-director Panos Cosmatos‘ arthouse horror Mandy quickly formed a cult following, scoring praise from both critics and viewers upon its release in 2018. Now, the Nicolas Cage starring film is getting a special limited edition release later this month from Dazzler Media.
Also starring Andrea Riseborough and Linus Roache, the film features Cage in a stunning performance as a man whose peaceful woodland existence with his wife is brutally shattered by a nightmarish hippie cult and their demon-biker henchmen, propelling him into a spiraling, surreal rampage of vengeance.
Mandy was co-written by Casper Kelly based on a story by Panos Cosmatos. SpectreVision, XYZ Films, and Umedia produce.
