We’ve got new stills from Neill Blomkamp‘s highly-anticipated horror film, Demonic, which promises to be a frightening flick.

From the director of District 9, Elysium, and Chappie, comes Demonic, in which “A young woman unleashes terrifying demons when supernatural forces at the root of a decades-old rift between mother and daughter are ruthlessly revealed in this horror-thriller” from IFC Midnight.

Carly Pope (Elysium), Chris William Martin (The Age of Adaline, Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem, TV’s “The Vampire Diaries”), and Michael Rogers (TV’s “Siren”, “The Blacklist”, “Supernatural”) star in this supernatural horror.

IFC Midnight will release Demonic in theaters on August 20th followed by an On-Demand and Digital release on August 27, 2021.
