The first poster and trailer have arrived for the French (English subtitled) horror-thriller, The Lodger.
The film stars Jacqueline Bisset (“Bullitt”, “The Spiral Staircase”) and Alice Isaaz (“Elle”, “Savage State”) and is directed by Baptiste Drapeau from a screenplay written by Ollivier Briand.
In the haunting film, an elderly woman (Bisset) takes in a lodger (Isaaz), offering accommodation in return for help around the house. The eccentric woman behaves as if her long-deceased husband is still alive. But soon the lodger begins to feel his presence.
The Lodger will be released on Digital Download and on DVD on October 18. 2021, from Lightbulb Film Distribution.
