The Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas starring erotic thriller Deep Water was pulled from 20 Century’s theatrical schedule last week, but according to Deadline, the movie will be heading straight to Hulu.
“Deep Water” marks director Adrian Lyne‘s first film since 2002’s Unfaithful. “Euphoria” creator Sam Levinson and Stranger Than Fiction writer Zach Helm penned the script, which is based on the novel by Patricia Highsmith.
The film follows Vic and Melinda Van Allen, a married couple in an open relationship. Unfortunately, the arrangement comes with a body count.
Deep Water was originally set to open in theaters this January. The Hulu release date is yet to be announced or the trailer released, but we will keep you posted.
