Paramount+ is getting the pack together and giving fans a “Teen Wolf” revival film with several of the original cast from MTV’s series returning to reprise their roles, including Tyler Posey who stars as Scott McCall.
Variety is reporting that the other cast members returning are Holland Roden as Lydia Martin, Shelley Hennig as Malia Tate, Crystal Reed as Allison Argent, Orny Adams as Coach Bobby Finstock, Linden Ashby as Sheriff Noah Stilinski,Colton Haynesas Jackson Whittemore, Ryan Kelleyas Deputy Jordan Parrish, J.R. Bourne as Chris Argent, Seth Gilliam as Dr. Alan Deaton, Melissa Ponzio as Melissa McCall, and Dylan Sprayberry as Liam Dunbar.
In the movie, a “terrifying evil emerges in Beacon Hills. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of banshees, werecoyotes, hellhounds, kitsunes and every other shapeshifter in the night. But only a werewolf like Scott McCall, no longer a teenager yet still an alpha, can gather both new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced.”
Back in September of 2021, “Teen Wolf” creator Jeff Davis signed an overall deal with MTV Entertainment Studios which the revival is part of.
“Teen Wolf,” inspired by the 1985 movie, first premiered back in June of 2011 and ran for 100 episodes.
