Ahead of its premiere later this March, a new trailer has been released for the true story-inspired supernatural horror The Occupant, teasing a dark film filled with horrors.
Written and directed by Samuel Krebs, the filmmaker behind the true-story-inspired film The Whooper Returns, The Occupant follows four estranged siblings, who find themselves in the grip of demonic possession, after inheriting their family home. When an eccentric stranger arrives, claiming the house was left to her, they start experiencing strange, inexplicable manifestations, which have malevolent effects on everyone in the house.
The indie film stars Rik Billock (The Barn), David Flick (American Pastoral, Jack Reacher, One for the Money) Dylan Grunn (The Retreat, Lake Artifact), Nathan Hollabaugh (Concussion, Father’s & Daughters), Caroline Nicolina, and Megan Bolton.
The Occupant will be released on March 29, 2022 on premium TVOD, followed by a full digital release on all platforms across the USA and Canada.
