Have you ever wondered where every fantastic fairytale begins? You will soon find out with Paul Feig‘s (Ghostbusters) upcoming family-friendly but action-packed Netflix movie “The School for Good and Evil,” an adaptation of Soman Chainani’s novels.

The star-studded cast includes Charlize Theron as Lady Lesso, Kerry Washington will play Professor Dovey, and the film will also star Laurence Fishburne, Demi Isaac Oviawe, and Kaitlyn Akinpelumi, and Freya Theodora Parks, along with Michelle Yeoh, and Sophia Anne Caruso.

The book is set at The School for Good and Evil, where those who are good, like fairytale princesses, and those who are Evil, like the villains from old fairytales, live and learn side by side. It’s also where two best friends, Sophie and Agatha, embark on the adventure of a lifetime.

Fantasy and adventure collide in The School for Good and Evil, premiering on Netflix this Fall.
