The upcoming horror, now filming, Camp Pleasant Lake has announced its full cast, filled with iconic stars such as Michael Pare (Eddie and the Cruisers), Jonathan Lipnicki (Jerry Maguire), The Conjuring franchise star Bonnie Aarons, Robert LaSardo, and Mike Ferguson (Amityville Rising).
In the film, “An enterprising couple, the Rutherfords. decide to open a horror camp on the abandoned camp property (Camp Pleasant Lake) where a young girl ‘Echo Meadows’ was kidnapped, and her parents were brutally murdered 20 years prior.
Also included in the cast is DeVanny Pinn, Raef Adame, Peter Newman, Rudy Ledbetter, Sajid Ali, Greg Tally, Jeff A. Cooper, Jeffrey Bele, Jason van Loo, Timothy Skyler Dunigan, Carissa Goble, Benny Nolan, and Marcus Spencer.
Filming began on August 29 and is from Safier Entertainment, PhilaDreams Films, Lux Angeles Studios, and Mahal Empire.
Writer / Director Thomas Walton along with Jared Safier are producing Camp Pleasant Lake. In addition, Jackson Everest and David M. Parks are producers, Michael Joy is an associate producer and Michael Mahal is an executive producer.
