The new trailer and poster for writer-director Ezekiel Decker’s (Dancing With Myself) The Woman Under the Stage have arrived, teasing obsession and danger.
Co-written by Logan Rinaldi, the film centers on a young woman who discovers how far she will go to achieve immortality while receiving the role of a lifetime in a mysterious stage play that is said to be cursed.
Jessica Dawn Willis (Silhouette, False Profits, Surviving the Cartel) and Matthew Tompkins (The Harrowing, Sicario, Confession) star, along with others.
Dallas-based writer-director and head of Absentia Pictures, Mitch McLeod, produced Woman Under the Stage. McLeod’s previous award-winning feature, Silhouette, has been an indie favorite. You can watch Silhoutte (aka A Haunting in Texas) on Prime, Tubi, Roku, and DVD.
The Woman Under the Stage is set to premiere later this year.
