Shudder, AMC Networks’ premium streaming service for horror, thrillers, and the supernatural, announced today it has acquired the North American and UKI rights to Josiah Allen and Indianna Bell’s You’ll Never Find Me from Blue Finch Films.
The feature debut from Allen and Bell stars Brendan Rock as an isolated man living at the back of a desolate caravan park who is visited by a desperate young woman (Jordan Cowan) seeking shelter from a violent storm. As the savage storm worsens, these solitary souls begin to feel threatened – but who should really be afraid?
The film was written by Indianna Bell and produced by Josiah Allen, Indianna Bell, Jordan Cowan, and Christine Williams. It was shot in Adelaide, South Australia.
“Josiah and Indianna bring a taught, tense, and twisted two-hander. Relenting and exciting. YOU’LL NEVER FIND ME creeps under your skin and stays there. Delighted to bring these talented new directorial voices to Shudder and beyond,” said Emily Gotto, VP, Global Acquisitions and & Co-Productions.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be joining the Shudder family. We know our film has found it’s perfect home amongst the strange, spooky and sinister films on the streaming service and can’t wait to share YOU’LL NEVER FIND ME with American and UK audiences next year,” said directors Josiah Allen and Indianna Bell.
The film joins other Shudder Films titles screening at Fantastic Fest, including Infested, The Sacrifice Game, V/H/S/85, and When Evil Lurks.
Mike Chapman of Blue Finch negotiated the deal on behalf of the filmmakers and Emily Gotto on behalf of Shudder.
The film will have its world premiere at Fantastic Fest this September in Austin and debut on Shudder in 2024.
